Shipping costs are free for every order and every destination.

The order status can be consulted at any time by entering the personal dashboard and clicking the My orders section.

To make a return, you have up to 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order.

Orders from Italy

If you placed your order from Italy, your package can be picked up at home by our postal service. The return will cost you € 4.90 and this amount will be deducted from the refund you will receive.

Follow the steps below to book your pickup:

1) Fill out the Return Form for your order and enter the code that best corresponds to the reason for the return. If you have lost the form attached to your order, you can print a new one in the My Orders section.

2) Put the item / items you wish to return, together with the Return Form, in the box in which your order arrived. Remember that you must always attach the Return Form to the goods.

3) Book the pickup on the site www. by choosing the option “Book a collection” and then “Individual collections”. After having authorized the processing of personal data, enter only the customer code 799006 and once you have pressed “Verify”, enter the data relating to “Where to collect the goods” and “What to collect: information on shipping” (it is sufficient to indicate if it is of an envelope or package, and indicate an approximate weight).

At this point, among the Payment methods it is important to indicate the first option “Waybill” (over € 4.90 of return costs, when applicable , there will be no further costs), press the “Next” button and proceed with the further details on “When to Withdraw”.

You can also book collection by phone, by contacting SDA at 199.116.699 (cost 14 cents per minute in case of a Telecom fixed network call, the cost may vary using another operator) and providing the customer code 799006.

4) We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your package arrives at our warehouse.

Orders from abroad

If you placed the order from abroad, you can return the goods by post by sending the items to the following address:
